Pneumatic Pressure Testing to 5MPa
We are NATA-accredited to test pneumatically to 5 MPa. Pneumatic testing is useful where hydrostatic testing (testing using water) is impractical, or will cause damage:
- where there is multiple changes in diameter
- where sections of piping contain dead legs
- where there is fixed instrumentation or materials that would be damaged by water
Air under pressure poses additional safety risks in the testing environment. Attested Pressure Services has an incident-free record in pneumatic testing, with multiple tests conducted for ARC Energy, at their Hovea Production Facility, Western Australia.
